I need help addressing an issue with the QuickPack program. How do I contact someone for help?
Send an e-mail to QuickPack@Kohler.com and a member of the QuickPack team will review your issue and respond. If your issue pertains to an existing quote, be sure to include your SAP quote number. If you are experiencing a security or login issue, please reference your GN number.
I am not sure how to perform a task within the QuickPack program. Where can I find instructions?
Work instructions are available in the Help tab within the QuickPack program.
I have questions regarding the Variant Pricing product changes?
Variant Pricing FAQ's are available for you here. In addtion, Work instructions, FAQ's and other variant pricing information can also be found in the QuickPack Help area.
My contact information has changed. How do I update my information in QuickPack?
A user can updated their personal contact information by selecting MyProfile in the upper right hand corner of the screen. See the work instructions in the Help tab for more detailed instructions.
How do I create a copy of a quote with an engineer special item in QuickPack?
The ES item will copy over to the new quote. The new quote will need to be reviewed by the ES team to ensure it is still valid. The automated e-mail will be sent to the ES team upon saving of the quote, and the status will change to “Waiting for Approval”. If the user would like the ES item removed from the new quote, verbiage to that affect should be added to the ES text box prior to submitting the new quote. Please see the Help tab for more detailed instructions.
Why is my submittal document missing data?
The submittal documents work for standard Industrial products. If there is an Engineered Special item on your quote, it can effect the output of your submittal document.
I have an employee that is a new user to the QuickPack program. How does a new user become trained to use QuickPack?
A new user can use the work instructions located in the Help tab to become familiar with the QuickPack program. We also offer WebEx training sessions for new users. Please send an e-mail to QuickPack@Kohler.com to request training.
How do I request site access for a new QuickPack user?
You need to submit G18-167 Kohler Distributor Employee Profile Form. The form is located in the Other Links tab for your convenience. Email the completed for to your Area Manager for review/approval and QuickPack@Kohler.com for processing.
When I copied an existing quote, QuickPack shows the same SAP quote number. How do I fix this?
Send an email to QuickPack@Kohler.com referrencing this issue. Be sure to include the SAP quote number.
I can't get past the Kohler Login screen using my user name and password. What do I do?
